Titan Two Setup Guides

The Titan Two, an all-in-one solution, combines and extends the features encountered in dozens of gaming devices available on the market. At the first glance, the power and flexibility of the Titan Two device may appear too much complex, which is not true. In practice, the Titan Two device is user friendly and easy to use, designed to require from the end-user none or very few interaction, at the same time that provides to advanced users all tools needed to make use of the Titan Two in unimaginable ways.

The following sections and sub-sections are guides for common usage of the Titan Two device, describing in a step-by-step fashion how to use the Titan Two in your gaming platform, with remote play applications and connecting your preferred gaming controller.

Compatible Systems

PlayStation 5

To play PS5 games on a PS5, an additional device called P5General is required.

All PlayStation 5 models are supported by the Titan Two device, including the PS5 and PS5 Digital Edition. The Titan Two connects to the PlayStation 5 emulating an original DualSense controller.

First-time Configuration

Regular Usage

  2. Connect the provided Micro-USB cable to the Titan Two USB port labeled OUTPUT;
  3. Connect the other end of the Micro-USB cable to any available USB port on the Xbox Series console.

Note:After the initial device enumeration and authentication, the official Xbox Series controller can be removed from the Titan Two. Alternatively, theXbox Oneauthentication setup may be used (with the Xbox One output protocol) to authenticate with the Xbox Series X|S.

Computers

All Window's, Linux and Mac computers are supported by the Titan Two. The Titan Two can connect to a computer via controller output, or via HID output.

  1. Configure the Output Protocol of the Titan Two to USB Xbox 360.

Regular Usage

  1. Connect any controller to INPUT-A on the Titan Two
  2. Connect any official Xbox One controller to INPUT-B on the Titan Two (for authentication);
  3. Connect the provided Micro-USB cable to the Titan Two USB port labeled OUTPUT;
  4. Connect the other end of the Micro-USB cable to any available USB port on the Computer.

Wired Connection (Native Keyboard and Mouse)

Note:With the Xbox One controller method, after the initial device enumeration and authentication, the official Xbox One controller can be removed from the Titan Two.

iOS Devices

iOS Devices

All Apple devices with iOS 13+ are supported by the Titan Two device, including the iPhones and iPads. The Titan Two connects to the iOS Device emulating an original DualShock 4 V2 controller.

First-time Configuration

  1. Install and configure the Bluetooth Module and the Micro-SD Card on the Titan Two;
  2. Power the Titan Two utilizing the provided Micro-USB cable or the External Power Supply;
  3. Configure the Output Protocol of the Titan Two to Bluetooth PlayStation 4.

Pairing Method A:

  1. In the iOS Device, go to Settings → Bluetooth and check if Bluetooth is enabled;
  2. Press and hold the NEXT button on the Titan Two for 2.5 seconds to enter in pairing mode;
  3. In the iOS Device, wait for DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller appear in the Other Devices list and tap on it;
  4. The pairing procedure will initiate and after few seconds the Titan Two OUTPUT LED should turn green, indicating the pairing with the iOS Device succeed.

Pairing Method B:

  1. In the iOS Device, go to Settings → Bluetooth and check if Bluetooth is enabled;
  2. Connect the Titan Two PROG port to the computer using the provided Micro-USB cable;
  3. Open Gtuner IV, go to the Device Configuration pane and click the Wireless Bluetooth Pairing button;
  4. In the iOS Device, wait for DUALSHOCK 4 Wireless Controller appear in the Other Devices list and tap on it;
  5. The pairing procedure will initiate and after few seconds the Titan Two OUTPUT LED should turn green, indicating the pairing with the iOS Device succeed.

Regular Usage

  1. Power the Titan Two utilizing the provided Micro-USB cable or the External Power Supply;
  2. Connect any compatible controller to the Titan Two;
  3. Press the PS/Xbox/Guide/Home button on the controller to initiate the wireless connection between the Titan Two and iOS Device.

When operating over a Bluetooth connection, the PlayStation 4 requires 2 layer authentication from the connected device. In order to reply to 2 layer authentication requests, a DualShock 4 controller must be connected to the Titan Two devicealsoover Bluetooth connection.

First-time Configuration

  1. Install and configure the Bluetooth Module and the Micro-SD Card on the Titan Two;
  2. Configure the Output Protocol of the Titan Two to Bluetooth PlayStation 4;
  3. To perform the wireless pairing, use the provided Micro-USB cable to connect the Titan Two USB port labeled OUTPUT to any USB port available on the PlayStation 4;
  4. The OUTPUT LED will flash red, green and turn-off, meaning the Titan Two is now paired with the PlayStation 4 and the Micro-USB cable can now be unplugged.

When a DualShock 4 controller is connected over Bluetooth connection, the PlayStation TV requires 2 layers authentication from the connected device. Multi Interface HID

All Titan Two features such as crossover and scripting can also be used to play PC games on Steam, Windows, Mac, Linux and Emulators. KMG Capture is a feature of Gtuner IV to take inputs from a PC and convert them to an output.

XIM

XIM

 Similar to the Titan Two's Input Translators, XIM offers keyboard and mouse translation to analog sticks. When the XIM is plugged into the Titan Two, the Titan Two will simply see the XIM as a controller, and as such controller scripts should primarily be used with the XIM.

All models of XIM are compatible with the Titan Two.

  1. Open Gtuner IV, go to the Device Configuration pane and check the Disable Joystick from Multi Interface HID output checkbox;
  2. Configure the Output Protocol of the Titan Two to USB Multi Interface HID.
  3. Configure the Output Polling Rate and Input Polling Rate of the Titan Two to 1000Hz (1ms)

Regular Usage

  1. Connect the mouse to the Titan Two USB port labeled INPUT-A;
  2. Connect the keyboard to the Titan Two USB port labeled INPUT-B;
  3. (optional) Connect the power adapter to the XIM USB hub power port
  4. Connect the Micro-USB cable to the Titan Two USB port labeled OUTPUT
  5. Connect the other end of the Micro-USB cable to the XIM
  6. Connect the authentication controller to the XIM
  7. Connect the XIM to the console
  8. When using raw output, a script including passthru must be used, such as:
